I’ve always believed that your body speaks the truth—even when your mouth doesn’t.

Sometimes it’s a tight chest when you’re around someone draining.
Sometimes it’s an unexpected wave of tears while sitting in silence.
Sometimes it’s a weird heaviness in your belly when you know something’s off.
