So, you heard about manifestation and thought, “Wait… I can attract what I want just by thinking about it? Where has this been all my life?” Welcome to the magical (and slightly strange) world of manifesting!

If you’re brand new and googling “how to start manifesting for beginners,” you’re in the right place. I’m going to tell you exactly what I did to manifest my 6 figure dream studio, and lay out  simple, actionable ways for you to get started with manifestation — no crystals required (unless you’re into that vibe).

Here are 7 easy ways to start manifesting for beginners and actually feel like you’re doing something magical.

  1. Start with a Manifestation Journal. Grab a cute notebook (because aesthetics matter) and start writing down exactly what you want to manifest. Be specific! Don’t just write “I want more money.” Write, “I am attracting $5,000 in new income this month from sources I love.”
  2. Speak Your Affirmations out loud. Affirmations are like little love notes to your future self. Stand in the mirror (yes, even if you feel awkward) and say things like:
  • “Money flows to me effortlessly.”
  • “I am worthy of love and abundance.”
  • “Good things are always happening for me.”
  1. Create a Vision Board Manifestation. Vision boards are not just for Pinterest moms and dreamers. Cut out pictures of what you want, or create a digital one on Canva. Look at it every day like it’s your future life waiting for you.
  2. Act As If (Yes, Fake It Til You Make It) One of the best ways to start manifesting for beginners is to act like it already happened. Want to manifest a new job? Get up early like you already have it. Want to attract love? Treat yourself the way you want to be treated in a relationship.
  3. Practice Gratitude Like It’s Your Job. This is the foundational step. Gratitude raises your vibration faster than iced coffee on a Monday morning. Write down 5 things you’re grateful for every day. Big things, small things, silly things. The Universe loves a grateful heart.
  4. Visualize Your Dream Life for 10-15 minutes each day. Close your eyes and visualize what your life will look like once your desires manifest. Feel the emotions — joy, peace, excitement. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined. Use that to your advantage!
  5. Let It Go and Trust the Process. This was the hardest part for me, and still is. Manifestation works best when you set your intention and then release it. Don’t obsess. Don’t overthink. And don’t try to overly control the situation. Most experts would say you need to trust that it’s already yours, but I would go deeper than that and say, you need to Know then allow the Universe to work it’s magic
